You must be logged out of the website to use the password reset link in the email we’ll send.
Click any Login button
At the bottom of the Login box, click the I forgot my password link
A pop-up will appear- enter your email address and click the black Restore button
You will receive an email with a link (check your spam if you don't see it.)
Click on the link-- or copy & paste it into your browser
It will bring you back to the website-- momentarily a pop-up will appear to enter a new password.
Enter your new password and click the black Save Password button
After resetting your password, go back to the login-- and enter your email and new password to login
If the reset password pop-up doesn't appear when you follow the link, please make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups, and that you are not logged in already.
