How do I reset my password?

You must be logged out of the website to use the password reset link in the email we’ll send. 

• Click any Login button

• At the bottom of the Login box, click the I forgot my password link

• A pop-up will appear- enter your email address and click the black Restore button

• You will receive an email with a link (check your spam if you don't see it.) 

• Click on the link-- or copy & paste it into your browser

• It will bring you back to the website-- momentarily a pop-up will appear to enter a new password.

• Enter your new password and click the black Save Password button 

• After resetting your password, go back to the login-- and enter your email and new password to login

 If the reset password pop-up doesn't appear when you follow the link, please make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups, and that you are not logged in already.
